The roads cut straight through the mountains, and each viewpoint offers a new panoramic photo opportunity. The Icefield Parkway, stretching between Jasper NP and Banff NP, serves as a fantastic example of the natural beauty Canada offers without the need for long walks or bike rides.

Moreover, city enthusiasts can also find their joy in Canada, especially on the west coast in Vancouver. During our trip, we were struck by the remarkable skyscrapers in Vancouver, showcasing architectural marvels.

However, an adventurous spirit is essential to truly experience the ruggedness of Canada. The rough landscape makes outdoor sports incredibly popular and an excellent way to immerse yourself in nature. Additionally, being comfortable with driving long distances is preferred, and naturally, a love for nature is a must!

For us, it was clear from the start why we wanted to go to Canada - we love hiking and immensely enjoy a beautiful scenery. We prefer hiking a beautiful mountain every day, delighting in waterfalls, and spending hours enjoying breathtaking views. This is what we are looking for in Canada. Knowing we have a month to explore the country, we decide to travel to the west coast, where many National Parks can be explored at a leisurely pace in 4 weeks.
